Aloha Everyone,
Well we had another great and exciting
week! Went on two exchanges with some of the missionaries in our zone so that
was good to be with them! Had a really cool experience with our district this past
Wednesday... we did a district flood, its where our whole district gets
together in one of the areas and goes out and just talk to lots of people!! We
went to the Palehua sisters area for them and in one hour we had contacted 27
people for them and found some new investigators for them. Was really cool to
find them and help out the sisters. Elder Stulce and I were together for the
flood and we found a part member family that just moved from Tennessee and the
wife isn't a member but her husband is and said that she is willing to come to
church and get baptized if he wanted to as well!! So that is really cool and
exciting for them to have this family to teach!!
Elder Miller and I made a challenge for
our zone. The challenge was for QGC's(Quality Gospel Conversations). Our zone
had been struggling with them and so we offered lunch to the winning district
that had the most QGC's over 50!! Well the two districts did awesome, and we
improved so much on it and really helped the zone find people to talk to and
teach!
This Saturday we had a really awesome
lesson with the Youth Challenge teens... We ended up having around 30 in the
class and it was a really good lesson and lots of them had really good
questions and wanted to learn more... 8 of those were able to get
permission to come to church this Sunday so that was cool to have them here
with us!
Things are going great here in Makakilo!!
Loving being back here and seeing a lot of people I already knew so that is
cool!! I got to go on exchanges in Nanakuli for the day as well and go see
people that I was able to teach last year and some of the members!!
Well thank you all for everything!! I love you all and miss
you! Hope you all have a great week! And cant wait to hear from you soon!
